Scotland would benefit from a National body representing and advocating for Community Councils, together with a network of Regional Associations/Joint Forums.
There should be resources and support made available to create a National body of Community Councils. There should also be independent Associations/Joint Forums setup in every LA with CCLOs coordinating.
